What more can you say but YUM! This jam can be enjoyed on so much more than just toast! Try it on ice cream, cheese blintzes, and with poultry instead of cranberry sauce. Thickened with our homemade apple pectin! The fruit was all grown on our property without pesticides or herbicides.

We don't dilute our jams with water and then use commercial pectin to make up for the minimal fruit. We concentrate the fruit and use some homemade apple pectin to provide a bit more firmness. Note: Natural pectin requires sugar to properly gel. Using xylitol allows for some gelling, but this jam is much less firm than sugar-laden jam. The lack of a firm gel is countered by just so much concentrated fruit.
